PRIOR INFORMED CONSENT (PIC)

       Business exporting or importing of certain hazardous chemicals (PIC LISTED CHEMICALS ) are required to comply with PIC regime.The new regime regulation has entered since 1 st January 2021 in United Kingdom because of brexit.  Imported PIC notification is not obligatory to enter PIC chemical into GB market. However , both export and import of PIC chemical is supposed to be notified in EU countries.

Not only PIC chemicals other type of chemicals and goods permit can be obtained by related agency via Baskent Consultancy.
