What is MSDS and Why is it Prepared? MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) (GBF - Safety Data Sheet) are the forms which aim to ensure that companies producing and importing chemicals and preparations (mixtures) and their users have adequate information about the ways to protect them from their potential hazards personally and environmentally safely and which consist of 16 titles. Persons who prepare the MSDS-GBF must have a "Material Safety Data Sheet Preparer (GBF preparer)" certificate issued by an accredited organization. Regulation on the Safety Data Sheet in Turkey published in the Official Gazette dated 13 December 2014, numbered 29204, and has been adapted to the SEA Directive and entered into force. "Material Safety Data Sheet" (MSDS), which has an extremely important place in the chemical industry, is prepared in Turkish and/or English or Security Information Form of the products you import are prepared in accordance with the legislation and delivered to you within 1 business day at the latest.
